How Does Overtime Affect Time Outs?

What happens to a team's time outs when the game goes into overtime? Do they lose any unused time outs at the end of regulation? The answer to these questions can be found on page 3 of the North Shore Catholic Elementary School Basketball League Rules and Regulations in Section 7. It states:
Each team will be allowed five (5) time outs per regulation game, and one (1) additional time out for each overtime period played. A time out will not be granted until player control is clearly established or the ball is "dead."
Therefore, if you have three (3) unused time outs at the end of regulation, you would then have four (4) in the first overtime period. If the game is still tied at the end of the first overtime period, a second overtime period would be played. If you did not use any of your time outs in the first overtime period, you would be granted an additional time out and would now have a total of five (5) time outs in the second overtime period.
